If you are trying to log into the internet adobe produts wont help. I'm not too clear about what you are trying to do. however if you are trying to connect to the internet reboot the router and the modem if it is a home PC, you can also click on the two small pictures of a monitor on the icon tray and hit ';repair'; this will try to reset your connection.
