Because people don't remember that vanity is a sin and will suffer the consequences in this lifetime from their choice to be vain - even if it costs them their lives and/or the lives of their children.

ADDED:

the poster below, You would risk DYING rather than get a little taunting. That is VAIN, IMMATURE, GROW UP. I can't comprehend it either. What kind of mother would allow, and even promote, her child to induce a chemical freakin' burn on their FACE that will lead to SKIN CANCER and even DEATH to avoid a little teasing. I can't imagine allowing my child to burn themself with a chemical. I'd rather they pound the crap out of their tormentor then burn THEMSELVES with a chemical. What is your favorite pimple control products?
its not just vanity, acne can cause severe phsycological damage because people without it feel that its fine to taunt people (with acne) within an inch of their sanity.some people want to get rid of it to make themselves feel better, so they're not made fun of. maybe you should think about the impact of your words before you say everyone who doesn't want it is vain, because honestly i dont think anyone out there in the world would choose to have acne over clear skin.
Glycolic acid...it removes dead, dull skin and is great for acne. Try Exfoliate Me Daily Cleansing Gel...you can find it on Amazon or Yahooshopping. It will help clear up your skin with daily use.

I'm almost 30 and have spent about 1/2 of my life trying to find that magical potion to prevent pimples/acne. Meanwhile, it was right under my nose and super cheap. Aloe Vera gel!

From the day I started applying it, a small squirt after washing my face twice a day, the pimples/acne stopped. Now I'm just awaiting the old scars to fade. I have also noticed that my face isn't as super oily as it used to be. Try it. It's cheap and there's nothing you can lose by trying it. Aloe Vera is great for the skin!
